Foxelpie India Private Limited ("Company") operates strictly as an authorized distribution partner of software licenses. The Company does not engage in the development, manufacturing, or modification of any software products. Our role is solely to facilitate the lawful transfer of software licenses to end users in accordance with the respective software manufacturers' terms and conditions. By purchasing a software license through the Company, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy, which governs all licensing transactions facilitated by Foxelpie India Private Limited.
Trial Period
Software licenses distributed by Foxelpie India Private Limited may be accompanied by a trial period as determined by the respective software manufacturer. Customers are strongly encouraged to utilize this trial period to evaluate the software's features, compatibility, and suitability for their needs before committing to a purchase. The Company does not extend or modify any trial period terms set by the software manufacturer. Once the trial period expires and a license is purchased, the transaction is final, and no reversals will be permitted.
License Agreement Compliance
By purchasing and using software licenses through Foxelpie India Private Limited, customers explicitly agree to be bound by the terms outlined in the end-user license agreement ("EULA") and any other applicable agreements established by the software manufacturer. The Company serves exclusively as a distribution intermediary and does not possess the authority to alter, amend, or negotiate the licensing terms of any software provider. Any disputes, modifications, or claims regarding software usage, entitlements, or limitations must be directed to the respective software manufacturer.
No Cancellation & Refund Policy
Foxelpie India Private Limited enforces a 'No Cancellation & Refund Policy' on all software license transactions. Once a software license or subscription has been purchased, delivered, and/or activated, the sale is deemed final and irrevocable. Customers bear the sole responsibility of conducting a thorough review of the trial version, as well as evaluating the software's compatibility with their requirements before making a purchase. The Company shall not be held responsible for dissatisfaction arising from a failure to assess software suitability before purchase. Under no circumstances will refunds, cancellations, or exchanges be provided after the software or subscription has been delivered or activated.
Manufacturer’s Terms & Support
As a distribution partner, Foxelpie India Private Limited does not provide warranties, support, or guarantees regarding software functionality, performance, or defects. All technical support, troubleshooting, and product-related concerns must be addressed directly with the software manufacturer, as governed by their licensing terms and conditions. The Company shall not assume liability for any software-related grievances beyond the scope of the lawful transfer of the license.
Limitation of Liability
Foxelpie India Private Limited disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise from the use, performance, or inability to use any software licensed through our platform. Customers acknowledge that their sole remedy for any software-related issues lies within the support framework provided by the software manufacturer. By purchasing a software license, customers further agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the use or misapplication of licensed software.
